Hartland

This charming home in Simsbury, CT was in need of exterior renovations – Hartland Home Improvement worked with the homeowner to fully upgrade the exterior of the home with brand new siding, a new roof, new Anderson 400 Series tilt-wash windows, new garage doors, a brand new deck, and transom lights. We also redid the porch over the garage and replaced the porch roof.

This East Granby home was built in 1973 and had not been updated since! The homeowners wanted to upgrade the exterior as well as the entire interior. The exterior renovations included all new siding, new windows, and a beautiful new deck. Interior renovations included a brand new kitchen, replacing all carpeting with hardwood floors, and installation of a brand new heating system.

With a total of 1,500 square feet added onto this Long Meadow, Massachusetts home; this addition offered the homeowners an entire second floor master suite, complete with oak hardwood flooring, a walk-in closet, on-suite bathroom including his and her vanities and a huge stand up shower.
